Australia-Wide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

Orders are dispatched from Australia and delivered using reliable shipping partners.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, peak periods, and circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Shipping provider rates

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges imposed by their country.

Barakah Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international postal services.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Barakah Labs is not responsible for orders delayed or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged package or product

• Details of the issue

We will assess the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

For orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but not received, customers should first check:

• Their delivery address

• Safe places around the property

• Neighbours or building reception

Barakah Labs will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee changes can be made.
